Client's obligations
In the event of any occurrences that may affect compliance with the requirements of the IFS Logistics Standard, the Client is obligated to immediately inform EVOCERT. This applies both to extraordinary situations (such as a product recall) and to significant organizational or operational changes.
Notifications are required in particular in the case of:
- withdrawal/recall of a product from the market caused by the logistics company that owns the product,
- a visit from regulatory authorities resulting in mandatory actions related to product safety and/or product fraud.
Each incident should be reported immediately, and those mentioned above within 3 business days at the latest.
