Client's obligations
In the event of occurrences that may affect compliance with the requirements of the IFS Broker standard, the Client is obliged to immediately inform EVOCERT. This applies both to extraordinary situations (such as a product withdrawal from the market) and to significant organizational or operational changes.
Notifications are required in particular in the case of:
- any product return/recall from the market when the Client is legally responsible for the product, including any product return and/or recall initiated by supervisory authorities due to issues related to its safety, authenticity, or legality,
- any visits by supervisory authorities that result in mandatory actions related to product safety or food fraud.
Each incident should be reported immediately, and those mentioned above within 3 business days at the latest.
