EUDR – steps in the assessment of the degree of compliance

The process of assessing the degree of compliance with the EUDR Regulation is carried out in a transparent manner and is tailored to the size and specific nature of the company.

The client completes an application for the assessment of the degree of compliance using the EVOCERT form.

Depending on the size and nature of the company’s operations, EVOCERT prepares and sends the Client an offer indicating the prices and the timeframe for implementation.

A qualified auditor (or an audit team) conducts an on-site audit at the Client’s premises to verify compliance with the requirements of the EUDR Regulation. It is also possible to carry out part of the audit activities in a mixed mode: on-site/online.

After the completion of audit activities, i.e. the collection of all necessary data, EVOCERT verifies the audit report and conducts the assessment of the degree of compliance. The audit report is provided to the Client after approval. The compliance degree result is an integral part of the audit report and is based on criteria developed for application by EVOCERT experts.

Following the verification of the report, EVOCERT issues to the Client a Confirmation on the degree of compliance with the requirements of the EUDR Regulation.

EVOCERT will be happy to prepare an offer and answer any questions you may have.
