Client's obligations
In the event of any incidents that may affect compliance with the requirements of the IFS Food standard, the Client is obliged to inform EVOCERT immediately. This applies both to emergency situations (such as product recalls) and to significant organizational or operational changes.
Notifications are required in particular in the case of:
- product recalls or withdrawals from the market (including at the request of regulatory authorities),
- product warnings,
- visits by supervisory authorities resulting in mandatory actions related to food safety or food fraud.
Each incident should be reported immediately, and those mentioned above within 3 business days at the latest.
