How to start?

To obtain Integrated Crop Production certification at EVOCERT, follow the steps below:

1. Submit your certification application to EVOCERT:
   • Download the Certification Application form, which is available in the "Downloads" tab.
   • Complete and sign the form.
   • Submit the completed and signed application along with the relevant attachments to EVOCERT. Documents can be uploaded:
     • by traditional mail with a handwritten signature to the following address: ul. dr Franciszka Witaszka 6, 64-920 Piła, Poland,
     • by e-mail with a qualified signature to the following address: kontakt@evocert.pl.
2. Signing the contract – after verifying the application, we will prepare and send the certification contract.
3. Farm Inspection – An EVOCERT inspector will conduct the inspection according to Integrated Crop Production methodologies. After a positive assessment, we issue a certificate.
