Client's obligations

In the event of events that may affect compliance with the requirements of the IFS Food standard, the Client is obliged to immediately inform EVOCERT. This applies to both emergency situations (such as product recalls) and significant organizational or operational changes.

Notifications are required in particular in the case of:

• product recalls or withdrawals from the market (including at the request of regulatory authorities),
• product warnings,
• wizyt organów nadzoru skutkujących obowiązkowymi działaniami związanymi z bezpieczeństwem żywności lub oszustwami żywnościowymi.

Each incident should be reported immediately, and those mentioned above within 3 business days at the latest.
