Pre-audit (optional)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">This voluntary step allows for an assessment of the level of readiness for the actual certification audit. Certification audit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">This is a crucial step in the entire process.
