{"id":2041,"date":"2025-01-03T09:14:06","date_gmt":"2025-01-03T08:14:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/evocert.pl\/?page_id=2041"},"modified":"2025-11-04T18:05:35","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T17:05:35","slug":"brcgs-food-safety-srodki-i-sankcje","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/evocert.pl\/en\/brcgs-food-safety-srodki-i-sankcje\/","title":{"rendered":"BRCGS Food Safety \u2013 crisis situations \/ incidents"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-group has-heading-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-412116e442b6b9c63276a810e195b6bf is-vertical is-content-justification-stretch is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-d8e33f2a wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);line-height:1.6\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-logo-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-218daf327d4c370e10493de81747ca0b\">Client's obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company is required to inform EVOCERT about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>legal proceedings related to product safety or legality, or any events that have a significant impact on the operation of the facility,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any situation in which a regulatory authority requires action to be taken (e.g., by issuing an enforcement notice) due to concerns regarding product safety or legal compliance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product recalls that have occurred since the last BRCGS audit,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>significant public incidents involving product safety, or major non-conformities identified by regulatory authorities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>negative media attention related to product safety,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a product safety incident that may pose a risk to the consumer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>serious damage to the facility (e.g., a natural disaster such as a flood or fire),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>change of ownership,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any significant change in the scope of operations or certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-logo-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-0499a3c58d8b1495e5e6a3654817c122\">Product safety incidents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients are required to notify EVOCERT of any product safety incident within 3 business days from the date of the event or the product recall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client is obliged to conduct an investigation and provide details to EVOCERT within 21 calendar days of the incident.
