At EVOCERT, we conduct conformity assessments based on the <strong>current and official requirements and guidelines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We carry out the certification process based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>IFS Logistics v. 3 Standard<\/strong> \u2013 the main document defining the requirements for product safety and quality, management structure, processes, and control systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>IFS Logistics v. 3 Doctrine v.2<\/strong> \u2013 interpretations and clarifications regarding the application of the requirements of the third version of the Standard,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Doctrine v. 3 IFS Logistics v. 3<\/strong> \u2013 update of the doctrine effective from 23 June 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>IFS Guidelines<\/strong> \u2013 supporting documents that help in understanding and implementing the standard,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Applicable legal regulations<\/strong> in the field of hygiene, food safety, and quality systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-custom-logo-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-custom-logo-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-logo-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-6af26d3727be14fa7d1c2dc29a4afa26\">Information about the IFS Integrity Program<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In accordance with the requirements of Annex 4 to the IFS Framework Agreement, we inform that all audits conducted within the scope of IFS certification may be subject to supervision under the IFS Integrity Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">IFS Management conducts unannounced or announced checks (Integrity on-site Checks) at certified sites,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">auditors may be subject to supervised audits (Integrity Witness Audits),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>certification bodies and auditors are subject to an evaluation and sanction system in case of violations of IFS rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What does this mean for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Integrity on-site Checks may be conducted at any time in a certified company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The results of such inspections may affect the validity of the IFS Food certificate \u2013 e.g., in case of detected non-conformities, the certificate may be suspended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During a regular audit, an additional observer-auditor may be present, whose task is to evaluate the auditor\u2019s work, not the company itself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refusing entry to IFS Management auditors for an Integrity on-site Check is treated in the same way as refusing an audit by the certification body (EVOCERT) and results in the same consequences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The IFS Integrity Program aims to ensure the highest quality, reliability, and credibility of IFS certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The full text of Annex 4 to the IFS Framework Agreement, describing the principles of the IFS Integrity Program, is available in the Downloads section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-custom-logo-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-custom-logo-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-logo-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-6c52137fa0dc4b079d4c1fd154cc7474\">Transparency and accessibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The full content of the IFS Logistics v. 3 Standard and its supporting documents is <strong>available<\/strong> <strong>on the official IFS website<\/strong>.
