This applies both to emergency situations (such as product recalls) and to significant organizational or operational changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-logo-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-317ec66494c218d6ac45a7a7df701c8c\">Notifications are required in particular in the case of:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>product recalls or withdrawals from the market (including at the request of regulatory authorities),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product warnings,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visits by supervisory authorities resulting in mandatory actions related to food safety or food fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each incident should be reported immediately, and those mentioned above within 3 business days at the latest.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Obowi\u0105zki Klienta W przypadku wyst\u0105pienia zdarze\u0144 mog\u0105cych wp\u0142yn\u0105\u0107 na zgodno\u015b\u0107 z wymaganiami standardu IFS Food, Klient ma obowi\u0105zek niezw\u0142ocznie poinformowa\u0107 EVOCERT.
